Adapting to the new normal

Here at JustOnCampus we’ve been hard at work helping our clients as they adapt to the new normal in the graduate recruitment space. We’ve up-skilled our team so that we can support employers to maintain contact and interact with students while operating remotely. 

This includes devising creative solutions that go beyond a simple Zoom meeting or Google hangout. Working closely with careers services we’ve conducted our research and identified the products that can provide as beneficial an experience as possible for both students and employers. 

We’re also supporting our clients to make the most of virtual careers fairs. Different universities are using different platforms, so we’re constantly adding to our expertise. Our focus is to replicate the value of face to face interactions wherever we can, while making sure that all students have the key information they need to make successful applications this year.
